What to expect
The treatment takes place fully clothed, lying on a mat on the floor, or seated. Gentle stretches, or pressure using fingers, thumbs, elbows or knees is applied to the body.
Clients are advised to:
- Wear loose comfortable clothes
- Avoid eating for at least 1 hour before and after treatment
- Not drink any alcohol before the treatment.
Weekly sessions are recommended for long-term issues or more serious levels of stress that need ongoing management. Ongoing Shiatsu treatments, such as once a month are suggested for maintenance, general relaxation, or if your issues are minor.
I offer reductions for a package of 3 treatments, to be used within 3 months.
