What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a a system of massage used to relieve tension and treat illness, based on the theory that there are reflex points on the feet, hands, and head linked to every part of the body. Reflexology is a very individual treatment which is tailored to you as a whole person, taking into account both physical and non-physical factors that might be affecting your wellbeing.

What to expect
The treatment takes place seated in a reclining reflexology chair. Pressure is applied to points on the feet and ankles. I may also incorporate some gentle joint mobilisation or stretches.
Clients are advised to:
- Wear loose comfortable clothes
- Avoid eating for at least 1 hour before and after treatment
- Not drink any alcohol before the treatment.
Weekly sessions are recommended for long-term issues or more serious levels of stress that need ongoing management. Ongoing Reflexology treatments, such as once a month are suggested for maintenance, general relaxation, or if your issues are minor.
I offer reductions for a package of 3 treatments, to be used within 3 months.
